I know I say that all the time, but 2nd semester got really tough, and I figured, hey, if I have time to blog, I might as well use that time to do projects and study and stuff of that nature. Besides, it’s hard to think of topics when you feel like you’re getting overwhelmed by school and stuff like that. But guess what?! I’m finished and done! And I’ll try to commit better to the whole blogging thing. As always, with the end of each semester, I’ll show some of my projects and stuff. But only from a few classes, and the ones that I like lol.
Life Drawing

From Left to right: Reality/Unreality, Clothing/ Fabric, Self Portrait with Light Underneath, Foreshortening.
Now this class was really tough for me, bein that drawing isnt my strong point. But with my teachers’ guidance I think I came a long away.
Reality/Unreality: Draw someone you know and someone famous.
Materials Used: Charcoal and Eraser
My attempt at Hayden Panettiere
Shadows/Highlights Self Portait: Draw a self portrait with an intense light source
Materials Used: Charcoal and Eraser
Foundation II
Last semester this class stressed me out so much, but this semester we got to use the computer alot more!

From Left to Right: Poster, Book
Poster: Create a poster for a (made up) Museum exhibit.

Book: Create a Book on Any Subject

3D Design

From Left to Right: Serial Plane, Cell Wall
Cell Wall

Materials Used: Bristol Paper, Glue, Spray Paint
Creative Process
Book: Breaking a habit (Gettin to School on time)

That’s it! Of course there were more classes and more projects but these were the best ones. I definitely enjoyed this semester a WHOLE lot more than last since I got to use the computer more. Which I had to use for the books. (I had to cut and glue the pages myself btw they weren’t printed double sided). It was hard work, but I enjoyed it. Can’t wait till I do even cooler stuff. You can check out more of my stuff at Cabonmade over to the right on my links panel. Hope you enjoy!
